You're not confused.

You're trying to optimize a life that doesn't fit.

“I had thought I’d need something like EMDR to clear the neurological hold on me… but after working with Elena, peace and harmony continue to hold. I feel so incredibly lucky to work with a master like her.”

Brooke Meservy

Calm Water Ripples

The problem is not that you can't figure it out.

The problem is that the truth doesn't feel safe enough to express.

Your life might feel partly right... but also deeply wrong in the ways that matter most.

And that can make you feel trapped in a life that appears to be 'perfect.'

What you may have already tried:

  • optimizing your current job, relationship, or life structure

  • searching for a better version of the same basic path

  • overthinking every option

  • asking everyone else for advice

  • trying to be more grateful, disciplined, or realistic

  • convincing yourself to stay because leaving feels irresponsible

  • doing healing or self-growth work without fully admitting what you want

I help highly sensitive, high-achieving women—especially those with immigrant backgrounds—stop searching for better versions of lives that do not truly fit and give themselves permission to want what they really want.

“It felt like a remembering. A reconnection to something ancient and alive inside me.”

Donna Wallace McFadden

My clients often believe they are confused, unrealistic, or asking for too much. In truth, many of them already know what they want — they just have not yet felt permitted to want it, trust it, or choose it.

What is Musical Alchemy?

Musical Alchemy is a whole-brain integration process. We begin with a topic that's on your mind.

When we get to a point where words can carry us no further, we dive into the body's wisdom through a combination of somatic awareness, deep listening, intuitive movement, and cello improvisation (that's my part—don't worry, you don't have to be musical or know anything about music to participate).

The result is a shift from the mind that questions itself to the higher self that knows what it knows.

You might go from thinking:

“I need to try harder to make this work”

to

“Trying harder is the thing blocking what wants to work.”

You won't need to seek advice.

It will rise up from the core of your own wisdom.

“The cello allowed me to dive more deeply than any meditation ever has.”

Bethany Harvey

“Elena’s blend of coaching and music is mind-blowing. The space she creates is comforting, intuitive, and unlike anything I’ve experienced.”

Priyanka Venkataraman, MD

“The cello and prompts took me into a meditative depth I didn’t know I could reach.”

Ana Briones Espinoza, MBA
