1:1 sessions
If you’ve been trying to think your way into clarity and getting nowhere, these sessions offer a different path.
We start with the situation you’ve been trying to resolve, and when we reach the limit of verbal processing, we shift into Musical Alchemy, a whole-brain experience where I guide you into somatic awareness, intuitive movement, and deep listening.
This is where I go into live cello improvisation, but don't worry, there's no need for you to be musically talented or informed in any way.
You'll receive a high-quality recording of the musical part of our session as part of the experience so that you can replay it as a meditation anytime: while you sit, lie down, walk, or at times when you need to regulate your nervous system.
