1:1 creative process mentoring
If you’ve embarked on a creative journey and find yourself in need of personal guidance from an experienced professional, these sessions offer a different path.
We start by exploring where you are on your journey, and if we get to a place where deeply ingrained programming is holding you back, we shift into Musical Alchemy, a whole-brain experience where I guide you into somatic awareness, intuitive movement, and deep listening.
Musical Alchemy is live cello improvisation combined with prompts, but don't worry, there's no need for you to be musically talented or informed in any way.
You'll receive a high-quality recording of the musical part of our session as part of the experience so that you can replay it as a meditation anytime: while you sit, lie down, walk, or at times when you find yourself stuck.
