When live music is created with intention, especially in a state of resonance and presence, it does what no coaching technique or mindset shift can do:

We meet in a space of deep listening and intuitive presence — not to fix, but to feel, release, and remember.

But your body still feels like it’s bracing.

 

This program is not just about insight.
It’s about unlearning the internal pressure to be okay.
It’s about discovering, with others, what your system can do when it feels safe enough to stop performing.

Together, we’ll practice the very thing I taught myself when nothing else worked:

How to stay soft, open, and connected — even in a seemingly unsafe world.

Each session includes a live improvised Cello Journey, reflective prompts, and gentle somatic exercises to help you metabolize fear, access imagination, and reclaim your right to feel.

Emotional safety is not a side note — it’s the foundation that allows for true healing and resonance.
